Police Arrest Gay Pastor In Aba For Sleeping With A 23yr Old Man
The Aba Police Area Command has arrested a 40-year-old Prophet/Pastor,
Benjamin Ndubuisi, for having unlawful carnal knowledge of a 23-year-old
man.
Investigations revealed that the prophet whose church is located at 89 Ukaegbu Road, Ogbor Hill has been involved in the unholy act with the victim since he engaged him as a worker in his church.
Trouble started for the prophet when his victim who gave his name as Ndukwe took ill two weeks ago and worried by his continued deteriorating health condition, confessed to his family about the secret love affairs between him and the gay prophet.
Residents of the area hinted that Ndubuisi, who is a prophet in one of the white garment churches in Ogbor Hill, engaged his victim as a worker in the church as a ploy to always have him around to satisfy his sexual urge.

PASTOR LOST HIS JOB FOR ATTENDING HIP-HOP CONCERT
After attending a local Rick Ross concert, one North Carolina pastor is out of a job.
According to AmericanPreacher.com, Pastor Rodney Wills was voted out of his position after nearly fours years of service at Mt. Salem Baptist Church. Sources say 14 deacons decided with a vote of 11 to 3 that the young pastor, who was installed at age 26, should end his term.
Reportedly, Rev. Wills didn’t find out about his termination until
the next Sunday morning. He arrived prepared to give a sermon but
noticed his parking sign taken down and his name removed from the office
door.
Mt. Salem’s Deacon Miles Langley said this wasn’t the first time Rev. Wills attended a hip-hop show while serving as pastor of the Baptist church. Earlier this year, he was also spotted him at a Lil Wayne concert.
“We cannot have our leader supporting people of this world who are tearing down the kingdom of God,” Langley said. “We know that many saints will have mixed opinions from our actions, but this is not how we do things here at Mt. Salem. We cannot have a pastor praising the world one minute then praising the Lord the next. Period.”

Sultan Urges Muslims To Look Out For New Moon Today
The Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Sa’ad Abubakar, on Tuesday urged Muslim
faithful to look out for the new Moon of Shawwal , 1434 AH, on Wednesday
(Today) across the country.
This is contained in a statement signed by Prof. Sambo Wali, the
Chairman, Advisory committee on Religious Affairs, Sokoto Sultanate
Council, Sokoto State.
According to the statement, Wednesday, Aug.7, which is equivalent to the 29th day of Ramadan, 1434 AH, shall be the day to look out for the new Moon of Shawwal.
“Muslims are therefore requested to look out for the new moon and report its sighting to the sighting district or village head for onward communication to the Sultan,’’ it stated.
The statement gave the following telephone numbers which could be used to report the sighting of the new moon: 0803-715-7100; 0803-041-3534; 0803-507-3872; 0803-596-5322; 0803-314-3866 and 0803-965-5997.
The new moon is sighted on Wednesday, Muslims in the country would join their colleagues across the world to celebrate the Sallah (Eid-el-Fitr) on Thursday.
However, if the new moon is not sighted on Wednesday, Muslims will have to fast on Thursday, and Sallah will be celebrated on Friday. (NAN)

Oh dear! There are reports that the legendary Ebenezer Obey might be suffering from Parkinson' disease -

24-hour Curfew Imposed In Yobe
The Joint Security Task Force (JTF) in Yobe State has imposed
a 24-hour curfew in Potiskum local government area of the state, saying
that the new measure took effect from Monday, August 5, 2013.
The JTF stated this yesterday in a statement issued by the Yobe State Joint Task Force (JTF) spokesman, Eli- Lazaru, in Damaturu, the state capital.
Lazaru also urged residents to remain calm and cooperate with security agencies by remaining indoors.
According to him, the residents of Potiskum local government town would remain indoors until the curfew is lifted.
He said that the JTF wished to appreciate the patience and cooperation of members of the general public with security agents, saying that cooperation and timely provision of information by people across the state had helped the JTF in its task of ensuring peace and security.
The JTF also urged the general public not to relent in reporting any suspicious movements in their communities or neighbourhoods and to continue to assist and cooperate with security agents in the interest of peace and security.
He called on the general public and entire people of the state to contact the JTF in the case of any breach of security in their areas.

Apostle Madubuko is set to marry 33 year old daughter of a bishop and Kenyan gospel award winning music star, Emmy Kosgei. Their traditional marriage will hold on Thursday August 29th in Kenya, while their church wedding will hold on Saturday August 31 at Revival Miracle Cathedral in Lagos. A reception will follow later at Sheraton Hotel, Lagos.
