Damn! Prison Break actor Wentworth Miller comes out as gay

Sorry ladies, we've lost another hot one to the men. Damn! Who would have thunk it? Anyone surprised he's gay? Wentworth, who played the lead character Michael Scofield in Prison Break came out as a gay man yesterday August 21 via an open letter to the Saint Petersburg Film Festival, rejecting an invitation to attend a premiere there because of Russia's recently-passed anti-gay laws.

The  41-year-old actor wrote:
Thank you for your kind invitation. As someone who has enjoyed visiting Russia in the past and can also claim a degree of Russian ancestry, it would make me happy to say yes. However, as a gay man, I must decline.

Ogun SURE-P chairman accuses PDP of threatening programme

Chairman  of  the Subsidy Reinvestment and Empowerment Programme in Ogun State, Chief Kayode Ajibola, has accused the Peoples Democratic Party in the state of threatening the programme by attempting to hijack the Federal Government initiative.
Ajibola alleged that the PDP in Ogun had been claiming that the SURE-P programme in the state was meant for its members only, contrary to the mandate given to him by the President Goodluck Jonathan administration.
But the Ogun PDP said that the SURE-P boss had only raised the alarm in order to save himself from being sacked by the Federal Government.
Ajibola accused the party leaders of making frantic efforts to hijack the SURE-P programme in order to use it to achieve their own selfish interest and score cheap political points.
In an interview with our correspondent, he claimed that PDP leaders in the state had been making advances and sending text messages to him, complaining about the perceived sidelining of their party members in the selection of the beneficiaries for the programme.
He stressed that SURE-P was not a party programme and warned that he would not succumb to the pressures being mounted on him by the PDP in the state to favour its members in the selection of the beneficiaries.

Naked Breastfeeding Yoga Mom Denies Staging Viral Photo

Naked Breastfeeding Yoga Mom
The image of a mom breastfeeding while practicing yoga naked went viral awhile back. Now, the subject of that photo, Amy, is speaking out in its defense.
Amy tells BabyCenter that the photo was not staged, like many thought it was. She really does do this regularly, and unapologetically at that:
"The truth is we were living on a small community in Hawaii where our land was clothing optional and yoga was/is a necessity!" Amy said.
"I was just doin’ my daily flow when the little sweet pea came to sneak a suckle."Naked Breastfeeding Yoga Mom.
Amy said she chose a "simple life" in her 20s, focusing on what she believes are core values and traveling with minimal commitments.
She still lives in Hawaii with daughter, Naia, and her partner, but says that the family will soon move to New Zealand for six months.
On her blog, Daughter of the Sun, Amy writes that yoga has been a very important part of her lifestyle and her daughter now loves practicing it, too.
She also clarifies that her family is not just a bunch of "hippies," a word that Amy finds outdated, negative and not fit to describe her lifestyle:
"I understand our family is not the stereotypical ideal," she said.
Amy notes, however, that while "we might look different to the mainstream world, the closeness and love we share is beyond ideal."

Our Juju can wipe out Boko Haram

Osun State Chapter Traditional Religion Worshippers Association (TRAWSO) has issued a note of warning that the JTF alone is not capable of fighting and winning the terror campaigns of the Boko Haram in the North.
TRAWSO said it would only carry out some sacrifices which would force the insurgents to lay down their arms, if Federal Government was ready to opt for their intervention.
Chief Awopetu Idowu, who is the leader of the traditionalists stated this at a press conference which was organized as part of activities marking this year’s Isese Day, 20th of August 2013.
Chief Awopetu contended that rather than attribute the want on destruction of lives and properties that the country has witnessed since the insurgency commenced in 2009 on religion as the members and leaders of the radical sect had claimed, the massacre of innocent Nigerian has political undertone and, therefore, charged the Federal Government to formally approach traditional worshipers to solve the problem.
Pitching his tent with him was the president, the chairman of the Board of Trustees of the association, Chief Ifayemi Elebuibon, who also said the insecurity facing the country could be resolved without the use of fire arms as there was appeasement that could be made to make members of the sect lay down their arms.
Please where is this JUJU when we had civil war and crisis in the NORTH? LOL
