HP Nigeria Launches Elitepad 900

Hewlett Packard (HP), one of the leaders in the PC and mobile technology industry, has unveiled its latest innovation in mobile technology, the HP Elitepad 900.
A business tablet powered by Intel Atom processors, according to HP, “the new device promises to ease workload by providing support for existing business application.
“The Elitepad 900 has the capacity to be tailored to suit industry-specific software and hardware options, for optimal performance,” the company said.
Some of the features listed at the launch includes true-to-life video meetings, digital dual array microphone with SRS audio, camera and flash with 8.0 megapixels of vivid details in photo’s or video.
Other features include top security for data protection on lost devices, as well as integration services that makes for easy deployment of the Elitepad across a worldwide enterprise.
Speaking at the launch, Channel Sales Manager, West Africa, Morakinyo Ipoola, said: “The new HP Elitepad is a smart and secure Intel-powered operating system device, with a top notch technology and rugged exterior that is built to last, and is effective for transforming businesses.”
The Country Manager, Intel Corporation, Nigeria, Olubunmi Ekundare, explained that “with the Intel Atom processor powering the operating system of the Elitepad, users can make the most of a touch interface that gives the device a unique interactive feel that makes it both fun and useful for business.”
